Heather Aubrey Lloyd, described by The Washington Times as “a pint-sized powerhouse of a singer”, breathes life into her lyrics with Janis-meets-Joni vocals and a finger-picked guitar. Heather has co-fronted Baltimore’s ilyAIMY for two decades, and now her solo efforts have taken her all over the country garnering her several national songwriting and artist awards. The former Baltimore journalist passionately delivers her collective body of folk narratives “using everything from a delicate whisper to a bluesy growl” (The Morning Call). Lloyd’s performance is not only intimate; it is intense and immersive.
