Mission

The Weinberg Center for the Arts entices, enlivens, educates, and enchants its patrons and the community.

The Weinberg Center for the Arts is one of the region’s premier performing arts presenters, offering film, music, dance, theater, and family-focused programming. Located in the historic Tivoli movie theater in downtown Frederick Maryland, the Weinberg Center strives to ensure that the arts remain accessible and affordable to local and regional audiences alike.

Vision

When the Weinberg Center took over operations of New Spire Arts in 2022, it was in hopes of bringing new, exciting programming to a broader audience and to offer a home for local artists and theater companies. Programming aims to further enhance the vibrancy of Frederick’s Theater District.
