The Sicilian Tenors

The Sicilian Tenors take the audience on a romantic journey from Hollywood to Broadway, Italy, and beyond.  Presented with light-hearted fun, these three talented tenors combine for a unique interpretation of the world’s best music in a concert event being filmed live at the Weinberg Center that will air on PBS stations across the country!

Aaron Caruso attended the world-renowned Interlochen Arts Academy and holds a bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Michigan School of Music. He has studied opera in Italy and New York City. Aaron is fluent in four languages, and sings in seven, and specializes in Classic Neapolitan songs.

Elio Scaccio studied jazz vocal technique and performance in college and then went on to continue his classical training at the renowned Peabody Conservatory at Johns Hopkins University. He has trained with several renown-ed opera tenors, and is a true “crossover” performer, singing classical, pop, Italian ethnic, and vintage rock.

Sam Vitale started at the University of South Carolina and finished his degree at the University of Michigan School of Music.  He continued training in New York City. He has performed many lead tenor roles, including “Don Giovanni” (in Cortona, Italy).  Sam proudly served in the USAF in Operations Desert Shield / Desert Storm.
