The Second Annual St. Patrick's Day celebration of Life, Luck, and Laughter! A special event benefiting the Weinberg Center for the Arts.
Hosted by the Weinberg Center for the Arts Board of Directors with guest hosts Yvonne and Jim Reinsch.
Three Lucky Ways To Celebrate
  • Three Course–Three course, formal dining experience complete with wine pairings. Seating is at 6:30pm. $150 per attendee.
  • Six Course–Six course, formal dining experience complete with wine pairings. Seating is at 6:00pm. $225 per attendee.
  • Table 21–21 course, with wine, your photo taken with Chef Bryan Voltaggio, and autographed menu. First seating is at 5:30pm and second seating is at 9:00pm. $500 per attendee–only 8 tickets available per seating.
Visit our celebrity bartenders Marvin Ausherman and John Healey in the VOLT Lounge for the open bar from 5:30–6:15pm. Drinks can be purchased after 6:15pm. All tips collected during the open bar or guest bartending spot are contributed to the Weinberg Center's Capital Campaign.

All proceeds raised will be equally matched by the Ausherman Family Foundation to benefit the Weinberg Center for the Arts' Capital Campaign.

Weinberg Center announces two-year Capital Campaign

The City of Frederick, Maryland and the community who generously support the theatre are working together to renovate this wonderful landmark as it celebrates 82 years of high quality entertainment.
The Center is a vital part of the economic life of Downtown Frederick. The Weinberg attracts more than 50,000 patrons annually who contribute upward of $4.1 million dollars to the local economy by visiting shops, restaurants, and local stores.
Opened in 1926, the theatre is in need of some tender, love, and care to refurbish, renew, and restore its former elegance. Through a public and private partnership and your generous contribution, the goal is to raise $1,000,000 for the much needed renovations. Some of the exciting improvements planned are:
  • New Elegant Seats
  • New Grande Drape
  • Upgrades to the Sound and Lighting Systems
  • Lobby and Theatre Renovations
  • New Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Systems
  • New Carpeting and Floors

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

Contributions of any amount can be made to the Capital Campaign and will be recognized throughout the theatre.

COMMEMORATIVE BRICK

Your contribution will be acknowledged on a handsomely fabricated brick, engraged with your name in capital letters and installed on the Weinberg Center Walk of Fame to be constructed in the summer of 2010. - $500

NAME A STAR

You can engrave a star with a personal message. Each star level includes naming rights to star prominently displayed at the theatre, plus other naming opportunities. The following levels are available:

GOLD - $10,000

  • Name Engraved on a Gold Level Star
  • Naming Rights to a Chair in the Front Orchestra
  • 6 Free Tickets to Any LIVE! Performance

SILVER - $7,500

  • Name Engraved on a Silver Level Star
  • Naming Rights to a Chair in the Mezzanine
  • 4 Free Tickets to Any LIVE! Performance

BRONZE - $5,000

  • Name Engraved on a Bronze Level Star
  • Naming Rights to a Chair in the Balcony
  • 2 Free Tickets to Any LIVE! Performance

NAME A CHAIR

You can dedicate one of the new elegant chairs by engraving a plaque on a chair. The plaques can be used to honor a loved one, to celebrate a fond memory, or even recognize an important milestone. The possibilities are endless! The following levels are available:
  • Front Orchestra - $2,000
  • Mezzanine - $1,500
  • Rear Orchestra - $1,000
  • Balcony - $500

Your gift is your legacy to the cultural home of your community. Your star will continue to shine as a tribute for future generations of theater-goers to admire. Only a limited number of stars are available for naming.
